Hi
I wanted to take the bike out today having been sat in the garage for 3 months. I forgot to take the battery out so the battery had drained. I put it on an optimiser and shot up over an hour or so. Bike electrics are alive and so now the alarm, lights etc. But on turning the key round to 'ON' the indicators are flashing? And it wont start? Not even a try? On draining the battery down had something tripped? Cheers Rob |

What alarm is it?, it sounds to me like the Alarm has immobilised the bike after the battery drained, on some alarms you have to go for a procedure to bring the alarm out of hibernation first

You may have "spiked" the alarm system causing it to completely or partially not respond during disarming and immobilise the motorcycle. This is generally caused by the reconnection of the motorcycles battery without the alarm fuse being removed or the alarm being in service mode. The system can be "de-spiked" using the "de-spike" instructions available as a PDF that you can download in the support section.
To avoid this happening we recommend you always put the alarm into service mode and remove the alarm fuse prior to charging the battery. You should be able to get the user guide from here http://www.datatool.co.uk/consumer/s...&action=search |

It's worth trying to bump start it, worked for me when mine wouldn't start after re-jetting the carb.
